1.       The attitudes of mediators play an important role in problem solving among hostile parties.  Attitudes of mediators should be friendly but should create gap with their clients to solve problems. There should not be biasness in the eyes of mediators for both parties to create justice and fair for influenced parties. There should be meritocracy toward decision making by removing biasness among both clients. Mediator is the person whose attitude has prime importance in problem solving among hostile parties.
